US domestic shipping

Packages may take up to 6 days to arrive after the package has been shipped.

International shipping

Due to the high cost of shipping, we do not offer international returns at this time. If you are located outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes.
Rexolt has no control over these fees and FOR any questions you should contact your local customs office.
International orders may take up to a few more weeks to arrive. Please allow some time before inquiring about your order. We will make sure to have them to you as fast as we can.

Shipping POLICY

We’re working to get your order out as quickly as possible! Please allow for 3-5 business days to process your order! We do not ship orders on weekends, holidays, and other high-volume events that may increase processing and fulfillment time! Please ensure the correct address has been entered as returned packages will be subject to an additional shipping fee. Packaged that have been shipped due to an incorrect address will not be refunded and a replacement order will not be sent out.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days that starts when you recEIve your item. if 14 days have gone by since your purchase arrived AT its destination then unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. to be eligible for a return, your item must also be in great condition, and there should be a receipt or proof of purchase.

REfunds (IF APPLICABLE)

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale.

you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

if the unfortunate event occurs where your package has been lost by the post office or stolen we are not responsible.
